I am so excited today to share these Top 5 favorite raw food smoothie recipes. Here at Bliss Body, we love fresh and organic ingredients, and we love to start our day with a glass of nourishing drink. These recipes are dairy-free, as we follow the

Thumb Rule # 1 – DO NOT MIX FRUITS with any other products.

So, here you go, bookmark this page and make your breakfast fast, delicious and healthy.

1. Avocado Shake It

1 avocado

1 cup frozen banana

1 cup nut milk

1 tablespoon of honey (or any other sweetener)

Avocado is the only fruit that provides a substantial amount of healthy monounsaturated fatty acids. Avocados are a naturally nutrient-dense food and contain nearly 20 vitamins and minerals. Add it to your smoothies, desserts, salads or make even a dressing. 

2. Monsieur Green

1 cup frozen banana

1 cup cucumber

1 tablespoon ginger, grated

1 teaspoon spiraling powder

Pinch of salt

Spirulina is a Protein Queen. It has everything your body needs. Combine it with Vitamin C, and you’ve fulfilled all your need just in one meal. Spirulina is a key to a vibrant skin and longevity.

3. Kiss from a Miss

1 cup frozen banana

1 cup nut milk

1/2 cup spinach leaves

1/ 2 cup fresh mint leaves

1 drop food grade peppermint essential oil (optional)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Green smoothies can be very very tasty and refreshing. I love to play with mint, as this herb is a real gem. It has a cooling effect, calms down your nervous system. It also promotes digestion and soothes the stomach in case of indigestion or inflammation.

 

4. Kale me Crazy

1 cup of kale

2 cup frozen chopped banana

2 tablespoon hemp seeds

1 cup of water

Kale is a great source of protein in a simple form, vitamins and minerals, photo nutrients and antioxidant etc,. It balances, alkaline and acid in your body.

 

5. Chocolate Lover

1 cup chopped banana

2 tbs chia seeds

3 tbs water

2 tbs raw organic cacao powder

Pinch of chili pepper (optional)
