Food is the physical manifestation of the Earth’s love for us. Preparing and sharing food are some of the ways we give love to others. Our energy is directly infused into everything we create, including food that we make.

Driven by a passion for healthy living and the most exquisite gourmet raw foods, we’ve created this retreat to share and spread the world the knowledge and skills to other people, while sustaining an Earth a better place to live and thrive. During this wonderful retreat, we will immerse in the learning process of a gourmet raw cuisine with hands-on approach. You will expand and flourish your knowledge about healthy nutrition in a new, healing perspective. Give a chance to raw food to steal your heart and help you to be more vibrant, happy and healthy on all levels.

Raw and Live food food opens ones heart and the mind, it makes you feel bountiful and fulfilled, while raising up your spirit. We hope to inspire people to make a shift in their daily life nutrition, while still enjoying all aspects of the food, such as desserts, cheeses, snacks and delicious mains.

Defiantly, the raw food is like a culinary alchemy. Together we will create some amazing meals, using only fresh, organic ingredients from local markets. Getting our hands on we will find out that raw live food can be fun, delicious and awesome. In the end of a retreat, you will want to come back home and share all new recipes with your family and friends.

Here at Bliss Body Retreat – our goal is to live life as a more awakened, vibrant and alive human beings. Food and Nutrition is one of the ways to achieve this. The main aim of this retreat is to show that Live and the Healing food is fun and amazing, and easy to incorporate into your daily life!

Need to know before you go

Before we welcome you, you will receive a list of questions to answer so we could do our best to give you exactly what you need. We are not going to spend all day in a car driving everywhere and staying at the beach. We do not allow to smoke, drink alcohol, take drugs, and eat outside. You will have the schedule and we kindly ask you to follow it
